1)
My uncle that is very knowledgeable about the
food industry and luckily also sells bottled drinks in Ecuador.
2)
I have been saving money my whole life and have
about $15,000 therefore meaning that financial capital is covered.
3)
My father owns a publicity company and he could
help me create the logo and anything that has to do with publicity.
4)
My girlfriends brother is a computer science

Most Important VRIN: I believe
that the most important VRIN resource is number five simply because it has the
most points out of all the other resources I listed. Not everybody has a shirt
press that they will be able to use to their advantage. Through this resource I
will be able to market and spread my idea all throughout campus for free
because I am the owner of the shirt press. In university it is an extremely
great tactic that I have figured out because of my experiences in order to
ultimately be able to spread my ideology throughout my main customer base.
Hello Ricardo! Among your ten unique resources, the one you identified as your most important, your owning of a shirt press, is valuable, but I find it interesting that you think it is your most important. You say it would be good for advertising, which I think is true; however, there are also other free modes of marketing apart from shirts which may end up taking more time, meaning money, than initially anticipated. Social media is a great way to advertise and reach numerous people through tags and the like at no cost. I suggest taking this in account in addition to any physical advertising you may do.
ReplyDeleteHey Ricardo,
ReplyDeleteYou have a lot of valuable resources at your disposal. One thing i noticed about your list is that it is almost all social capital. This is great because it shows how vast you social network is. You have a ton of connections that may be valuable if you start a business. However, i think you should also think about other beneficial resources such as human capital. For example, having an education from UF is a valuable resource.
