a- My patience with people that are rude and
oblivious to respect is exceptional,
many ask me how I do it.
b-
I am very helpful, if someone reaches out to me in need of help it is very
difficult for me to turn them down.
c- I am extremely organized and think I may have a case of mild OCD
because I need everything to be in order for me to be able to move forward.
d- I am always on time to where I need to be, I am exceptionally good at
getting to places in a timely manner.
e- I am good at convincing people to do what I want or need them to do, I
try for it not be manipulation and for it to be solely based on my
communication skills.
The main difference that I notice in
relation to how I see myself and how others see me is noticeable by how they
all basically only see how I am a nice person and a good friend that is always
there for them. However, they did not really mention the other aspects I stated
about myself from the list of five details I created. That is basically the
only difference I really noticed after I was able to conduct the interviews. I
believe that what causes this difference is that I pretty much interviewed my
friends that knew me well and being a good friend and being there for people is
my specialty making is the only aspect my friends truly note about me. I guess
I could say the interviews are correct but at the same time I believe they most
are missing some crucial information about who I am. I would not make any
corrections on my list because I know those aspects are true about me, they
have been mentioned by my colleagues not my friends which is where I see the
issue has risen under this circumstance.
Hello again Ricardo! Having read through your top five qualities that contribute to your unique human capital, I am impressed. The qualities you have listed are quite valuable in the business world, especially considering your patience, organization skills, punctuality, and persuasion skills. All of the above characteristics will prove useful when pursuing your own business. I also find it interesting that you mentioned that you may have a mild case of OCD, as I find that I often exhibit some qualities that appear to be like OCD in terms of organizing and keeping things clean. I don’t think this is a bad quality by any means. If anything, it can prove useful in maximizing productivity and maintaining order.
ReplyDeleteHey Ricardo,
ReplyDeleteMany of your qualities would help you tremendously in the business world. If you were to own a company or be in a leadership position, persuasion is very helpful. This skill allows you to convince your workers to care more about their work and therefore create a better product. Steve Jobs used persuasion at times to motivate Apple workers.
